We focus on small size units in blocks of new and modern developments with good potentials for capital appreciation. We prefer projects which are pre-selling while in the early stage of construction. The buyers have the benefit of paying smaller sums of initial and progress payments and the value of the property may get enhanced during the long period to completion with the improvement in infrastructural facilities in the area.
We select tenants who are credible and responsible. We target university students as our preferred tenants.
We update information periodically for our buyers on the projects under construction to assist them in planning financing, completion formalities, moving in and renting. We take care of the owners after purchase and attend to the tenants' needs.
